Melanie Andrews
Physiotherapist/Regional Manager
Melanie is our regional manager in Manitoba. She oversees all aspects of our Winnipeg clinic, along with being a practicing physiotherapist. Melanie first worked for ProActive in Newfoundland but has since moved to Winnipeg and helped us open our location in 2017. Melanie has been practicing for over 10 years and has post-graduate courses in manual therapy, McKenzie and Mulligan techniques.

Aaron Degryse
Physiotherapist
Aaron graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy in 2011 and a Master's of Physiotherapy in 2016. He successfully challenged the Level 1 Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Therapy exam and will be pursuing further orthopaedic levels in the future. Aaron completed his certification in acupuncture and dry needling. Aaron uses a holistic approach to physiotherapy with an emphasis on patient education, exercise prescription and manual therapy to achieve client-specific goals.

Jenna Wellborn
Physiotherapist
Jenna graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia with her Master of Physiotherapy in 2011 after completing her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy at the University of Manitoba. Jenna splits her time working between private practice and inpatient hospital physiotherapy. She is experienced in leading knee classes for patients who have undergone a total knee replacement and enjoys guiding them through the recovery process to achieve greater function in their everyday lives.

Jessica Hunter
Physiotherapist
Jessica graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in 2020. Jessica splits her time between the clinic and her work in an inpatient hospital setting. With this experience, she has a passion for helping patients rehabilitate following surgeries, castings, and fractures, amongst other injuries. She aims to help people maximize their functional abilities by taking an individualized approach with each patient. She uses evidence-based exercise, manual therapy, and education in her treatments.

Erica is the first voice you hear and the first face you see when you enter the clinic. She is our full-time administrative assistant and has been a part of the team since 2019.
