Melanie Andrews
Physiotherapist/Regional Manager
Melanie is our regional manager in Manitoba. She oversees all aspects of our Winnipeg clinic, along with being a practicing physiotherapist. Melanie first worked for ProActive in Newfoundland but has since moved to Winnipeg and helped us open our location in 2017. Melanie has been practicing for over 10 years and has post-graduate courses in manual therapy, McKenzie and Mulligan techniques.

Aaron Degryse
Physiotherapist
Aaron graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy in 2011 and a Master's of Physiotherapy in 2016. He successfully challenged the Level 1 Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Therapy exam and will be pursuing further orthopaedic levels in the future. Aaron completed his certification in acupuncture and dry needling. Aaron uses a holistic approach to physiotherapy with an emphasis on patient education, exercise prescription and manual therapy to achieve client-specific goals.

Jenna Wellborn
Physiotherapist
Jenna graduated from the University of Sydney in Australia with her Master of Physiotherapy in 2011 after completing her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy at the University of Manitoba. Jenna splits her time working between private practice and inpatient hospital physiotherapy. She is experienced in leading knee classes for patients who have undergone a total knee replacement and enjoys guiding them through the recovery process to achieve greater function in their everyday lives.

Jessica Hunter
Physiotherapist
Jessica graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in 2020. She has experience working in both hospital and community settings. Jessica has a passion for helping patients rehabilitate following surgeries, castings, factures and falls amongst other injuries. She takes an individualized approach to care while using evidence- based exercises, manual therapy, and education in her treatments.

Aynsley Welsh
Physiotherapist

Aynsley graduated with a Bachelor’s of Exercise & Sport Science from the U of M in 2001 with major in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to achieve a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physical Therapy in 2006. Previously, Aynsley worked 16 years at the Grace Hospital in both the inpatient and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation settings. Aynsley now works exclusively at PA Physiotherapy clinic and is passionate about rehabilitation of patients that are recovering from surgery & chronic conditions. She strives to optimize the quality of life of her patients with a goal-oriented approach to ensure their return to preferred hobbies/leisure activities and activities of daily living.

John Piol
Registered Massage Therapist
As a dedicated massage therapist, John provides personalized treatments aimed at promoting pain management and overall well-being. With a focus on understanding each client's unique needs, various techniques are used to alleviate tension and improve circulation. John works alongside our physiotherapists in our post-op knee program to encourage a smooth recovery process.

Upon arrival to the clinic, Breanna is the first person you see who is ready to greet you with a smile. She is responsible for our day-to-day administrative duties, attending to patient needs all while keeping the clinic clean and tidy.
